Will I receive a proof prior to printing
Yes, you will receive a proof of your item before printing so please check your inbox and make sure you are set up to receive attachments.
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we ship to the US and Canada only.
Do you ship first class mail?
First class is available on select items only. It will state on the item listing if it is available if it is choose the first class shipping option at check out.
How do I provide customization?
All wording is provided via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Propay, money orders, and checks (will be held for clearance).
What is your shipping time?
Shipping is typically 1-5 business days after your proof approval. If you need your items sooner please contact us to see if we are available for a rush order.
What if I don't see a design I like can you create something for me?
Please contact us to see if we can accomodate your needs. We have lots of graphics not shown.
Do you accept very large quantity scratch card orders?
Yes, we do and have done cards for large companies. Contact us for pricing.
What are your items printed with?
Most items are color laser printed.
